Pay It Forward: 2009
This was me...
In 2009, I was 19. I was a freshman in college and I didn't have much money or direction. I did have one thing: curiosity. And it poured out of me into a puddle at my feet, flowing slowing in every direction.
I knew I wanted to leave the world a little brighter AND I knew I wanted to use art, creativity, and storytelling to do it.
I was going an inch in every direction instead of a mile in the one that was going to make a difference.
One person recognized my curiosity and began guiding me towards books and resources that fed my appetite for self-discovery and knowledge of the world. Without this guidance and the books my mentor gave me, I would not have been able to afford my discoveries.
I don't ever want money to be a barrier to knowledge, especially if I have a key to the gate. On the other hand, I can only spend my time and money on those who are willing to invest in themselves. If this is you and if you are ready to commit to a transition in your life, I am here to help.
